The General Administration of Administrative Affairs was established after the restructuring of Prince Sattam bin
Abdulaziz University in the year 2023 AD, and its establishment was pursuant to Administrative Resolution
No. 34511000092 dated 3/30/1445 AH. It is one of the organizational units affiliated with the University Vice
Presidency, which supervises the delivery of services, manages the movement and distribution of various means
of transportation, and submits payments to the competent authorities. Financial dues for service contracts, and
the administration follows up on housing faculty members and raising the needs of residential buildings, as well
as eviction and housing operations in university housing. The administration also supervises the organization of
administrative communications between university entities and between the university and external parties by
supervising electronic systems such as the transaction flow system and my business system. EMS, etc.
